General Assembly
The General Assembly is composed of all 5GAA members, with the goal of ensuring a diverse Board composition across geographic regions and industry sectors.

5GAA Board
The 5GAA Board supervises and advises the Executive Committee on all material matters, particularly strategic considerations. The Board is composed of 18 members, elected by the General Assembly every year.
The Board is led by a Chair and a Vice Chair, elected amongst its members.

Executive Committee
Reporting to the Board, the Executive Committee is the legal representative body of the association and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the 5GAA.
The Executive Committee consists of three persons — Director General, Secretary, and Treasurer — supported by the Chief Technology Officer as a non-statutory member.

Leadership Circle
Comprised of Platinum and Gold members, the Leadership Circle serves as a strategic forum to shape the association’s positioning and define its future goals, priorities and Work Items.

5GAA Working Groups bring together members to develop the association’s technical work, business and policy outputs, turning strategic priorities into concrete results.
